After generating files, go to https://codeberg.org/B2server/Program-Library/issues.
Click "New Issue".
If you are not logged in, login, or create an account if you do not have one.
Next to "Submit a Program" click "Get Started".
Fill out the title of your program (ex. "[Program Submission]: ")
Paste this under "Data for data.js":
Read and accept the Code of Conduct.
Finally, click "Create Issue".
